Requirements
Bare feet are mandatory for the safety of the gymnasts.
Leotards are recommended.

Beginners
Beginner classes are held for boys and girls age 4 to 6 years old.

The goals of this class are to provide a solid introduction to gymnastics, and to improve coordination and loco-motor skills.

These first years bring fun and success as new skills are gained and new friendships formed.

Intermediate/Advanced
Gymnasts ages 7 to 17 work together in a combined intermediate/advanced class.

Each student sets individual goals, then follows the proper progressions to meet those goals.

With continuous learning and practice throughout the course, the gymnasts improve their skills and have fun!

"Safety first, second and always."
Sokol Gymnastics provides a safe and fun learning environment to help your child become a better gymnast and a better person. Your child will have fun while learning exciting new skills. Our program boasts small class sizes, giving the gymnasts plenty of individual attention.

All Sokol classes take place at the historic CSPS Hall in the West Seventh/Fort Road neighborhood. Here gymnasts use the four main women's artistic gymnastics apparatus:
* floor exercise
* balance beam
* uneven parallel bars
* vault
Gymnasts also have the opportunity to practice on the still rings and participate in pyramids.

Sokol Minnesota takes pride in sending its gymnastics teachers to national instructors schools around the country. This allows us to better meet the needs of our students.
