Sokol Fitness Programming
Sokol Minnesota has over 125 years of experience in programming for
fitness, whether physical or mental training.
All Sokol classes take place at the historic CSPS Sokol
Hall in the West Seventh/Fort Road neighborhood. Sokol Minnesota takes pride in sending its gymnastics teachers to national instructors schools around the
country. This allows us to better meet the needs of our students.
"Safety first, second and always."
Sokol Gymnastics provides a safe and fun learning environment to help your child become a better gymnast and a better person. Your child will have
fun while learning exciting new skills. Our program boasts small class sizes, giving the gymnasts plenty of individual attention.

Our intermediate and advanced gymnastic programming brings children ages 7 to 17 together to work together in a combined class. Each student sets individual goals, then follows the proper progressions to meet those goals. With continuous learning and practice throughout the course, the gymnasts improve their skills and have fun! Here gymnasts use the four main women's artistic gymnastics apparatus: * floor exercise * balance beam * uneven parallel bars * vault *
Gymnasts also have the opportunity to practice on the still
rings and participate in pyramids. |
